19 Jun Day 19: Therapy

I can’t remember much from this day, all I can remember is Lauren working tirelessly to get me in touch with a therapist, and fast. We’ve booked an appointment to see someone experienced in treating PTSD symptoms.

I may come back to this day if I remember more or get one of my family members to write a little post about it… Probably Lauren!
